Ιγμορίτιδα: Δυσκολεύομαι στην αναπνοή και αγχώνομαι

Δεν μου φτανει ο αερας και χασμουριεμαι συνεχεια για να ανασανω αλλα χωρις αποτελεσμα. Πηγα στον πνευμονολόγο γιατί ειχα και ενα εντονο παραγωγικο βηχα πανω απο 3 βδομαδες. Μου εκανε καποιες εξετασεις, ακτινογραφια κρανιου θωρακος και σπιρομετρηση. Τα πνευμόνια μου τα βρήκε καθαρά ωστόσο του κρανιου ολη η αριστερη πλευρα μου μου ειπε οτι ηταν γεματη πυον και οτι εχω ιγμοριτιδα. Δεν ειχα κανενα συμπτωμα ουτε πονοκεφαλο ουτε πρήξιμο η καταρροη και ξαφνιαστηκα πολυ οταν ακουσα ότι στη σπιρομετρηση κατι δεν παει καλα αλλα ειναι σε αρχικο σταδιο. Η διαγνωση εγραφε πανω μη καθορισμενο ασθμα. Ξεκινησα αμεσως την αγωγη είναι για ενα μηνα ο βηχας μπορω να πω έχει περασει σε μεγαλο βαθμο αλλά ακόμα δυσκολεύομαι πολύ στην αναπνοη και αγχωνομαι που δεν μπορω να ανασανω ή είμαι ηδη στρεσαρισμενη και δυσκολεύομαι στην αναπνοή δεν ξέρω τι μπορει να φταιει. Επίσης ανεκαθεν έχω ταχυπαλμίες και καποια λιποθυμικά επεισοδια μετα απο ορθοστασια η εντονη κουραση. Εχω περασει και δυο κρισεις πανικου αλλα τουλαχιστον πριν 4 χρονια μήπως πρεπει να κλεισω ραντεβου σε καποιο καρδιολογο; Με συγχωρειτε προκαταβολικα για το μακροσκελες κειμενο και ευχαριστω για το χρονο σας.

Αν απο τα πνευμονια δεν υπαρχει προβλημα θα πρεπει να συζητήσετε με.τον ψυχιατρο το ενδεχομενο αγχωδους συνδρομης.
