Αναγνώστρια μας ρωτά: Γεια σας. Εδώ και ενα μήνα τουλάχιστον νοιώθω πόνο στο πέλμα του δεξιού ποδιού, εξωτερικά εκεί που ξεκινάει το μεγάλο δάχτυλο. ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ: Ενδεχομένως θα μπορούσε να συσχετίζεται με την εργασία σας και τα υποδήματα που φοράτε. Σίγουρα ένα παπούτσι αθλητικό ή δυνατόν με αερόσολα και ευρύχωρο στο πρόσθιο τμήμα του, μπορεί να βοηθούσε ή ακόμα καλύτερα ένα ειδικά διαμορφωμένο πέλμα μετά από πελματογράφημα.
