Έχω πτώση μεταταρσίου και νεύρωμα Morton: τι πρέπει να κάνω;

Αναγνώστης μας ρωτά: Θέλω μια απάντηση σε όλα αυτά που με βασανίζουν εδώ και 2 χρόνια. Έχω πρόβλημα με τα πόδια μου. Έχω κάνει όλες τις εξετάσεις και δεν βρέθηκε τίποτα. Μικροβιολογικές, σάκχαρο, ουρικό οξύ Β1, αποθήκες κ.λ.π. Μαγνητική μέσης, νεβροφυσίωμα άκρων DOPLER φλεβών, αρτηριών. Δεν βρέθηκε τίποτα σε αυτές. Μαγνητική πελμάτων, εδώ βρέθηκαν μικρό Μόρτον και τα ερεθισμένα μαξιλάρια των ποδιών έχω πιθανώς πτώσεις μεταταρσίων και στα δυο πόδια και στο δεξί πόδι νεύρωμα Μορτον όπως έδειξε και το πελματογράφημα. Πώς αντιμετωπίζονται αυτά; έχω βάλει πάτους σιλικόνης για την καμάρα και στα δυο πόδια. Φοράω φαρδια αθλητικά παπούτσια. Στο δεξί μου πόδι αισθάνομαι οξύ πόνο ανάμεσα στο 3 και το 4 δάχτυλο. Έχω κάνει 2 φορές εκχύσεις κορτιζόνης μάλλον είναι το Μόρτον στο δεξί μου πόδι που με κάνει να αισθάνομαι οξύ τον πόνο αυτό μάλλον με την εγχείρηση θα περάσει. Τι θα γίνει με τα μαξιλαράκια;. Το ερώτημα είναι 1) τι γίνεται με τα μαξιλαράκια των ποδιών στο δεξί πόδι που σίγουρα είναι μια πτώση μεταταρσίων με Μόρτον όπως δείχνει και το πελματογράφημα. 2) Τι γίνεται με τα μαξιλαράκια στο αριστερό δεξί πόδι που τα αισθάνομαι πρησμένα και ίσως είναι αρχόμενο Μόρτον 3. Αν κάνω επέμβαση για το Μόρτον τι θα μου στοιχίσει για το κάθε πόδι χωριστά θέλω να σας πώ ότι περπατούσα πολύ. Τώρα πήρα ποδήλατο και φοράω φαρδιά παπούτσια. Με την 1η έγχυση ανακουφίστηκα αλλά μετά από ένα μήνα ο πόνος επανήλθε. Τώρα έχω κάνει την 2η έγχυση και περιμένω να δώ τι θα γίνει.

ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ: <span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;">Καταρχήν πρέπει να εφαρμόσετε γενικά μέτρα (απώλεια βάρους, αποφυγή ακατάλληλων υποδημάτων, παρατεταμένη ορθοστασία) και μακρόχρονη συντηρητική θεραπεία (τοπικές εγχύσεις κορτιζόνης, αντοφλεγμονώδη, ειδικά διαμορφωμένα πέλματα με βάση το πελματογράφημα). Η χειρουργική θεραπεία εφαρμόζεται όταν αποτύχουν όλα τα συντηρητικά μέτρα και ο ορθοπαιδικός χειρουργός θα κρίνει ότι τα ενοχλήματα του ασθενή αποδίδονται στο νεύρωμα Morton.
