It’s Just Love: Ένα φωτογραφικό λεύκωμα από τη Γαλλίδα Φωτογράφο Sophie Ebrard. Για τα τελευταία 4 χρόνια η Sophie πέρασε 4 χρόνια παρακολουθώντας τα παρασκήνια ταινιών πορνό. Ποιος ήταν ο σκοπός της; Να ανακαλύψει εάν υπάρχει αγάπη και ομορφιά σε ένα τόσο σκληρό κόσμο όπως εκείνος του πορνό. 
Τα έργα της εκτίθενται εδώ και μερικές μέρες στο UNSEEN Festival στο ΄Αμστερνταμ.

Αυτό που πραγματικά διερεύνησα και με εντυπωσίασε είναι το πόσο κοινοί θνητοί σαν εμάς είναι οι άνθρωποι αυτοί. Πολλοί πιστεύουν πως η προνοβιομηχανία είναι μια σύγχρονη σκλαβιά για κορίτσια και αγόρια αλλά αυτό που η ίδια διαπίστωσα είναι ότι οι πρωταγωνιστές απλά νιώθουν ότι κάνουν τη δουλειά τους. Αυτό προσπάθησα και εγώ να αποτυπώω στον φωτογραφικό φακό, τις στιγμές της καθημερινότητάς τους στιγμές που δείχνουν το πώς είναι να εργάζεται κανείς για την παραγωγή μιας ταινίας πορνό. Δε θέλω να μποω στη διαδικασία να σχολιάσω αν το πορνό είναι καλό ή κακό. Απλά διαπιστώνω ότι δεν είναι τόσο απάνθρωπο όσο ακούγεται ότι είναι, τονίζει η δημιουργός…

Is porn still arousing when you see it live?
It is when actors are enjoying it. I have seen scenes where there wasn’t necessarily a chemistry between the actors, and then it can all feel pretty dry and mechanic. You can sort of see they were doing it because it was their job. But I have also witnessed a scene in Barcelona that was crazy and you could tell that the three of them were really into it. When all the takes and photos were done we really had to be like: “Okay guys, you can stop now, we got it.”

Why did you chose to exhibit the photos in your own house?
Porn is usually consumed at home, so it felt right to show the photos in such a setting. I want people to be at ease when they see this series, and that’s a lot harder in an all-white exhibition room. Another reason is because that I always felt like a voyeur doing this project, so it only seemed fair to turn that around for once.
