Νιώθω κάψιμο και πόνο στις πατούσες. Πώς να το αντιμετωπίσω;

Αναγνώστρια μας ρωτά: Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 31 ετών. Πρόσφατα ξεκίνησα να δουλεύω σε μια επιχείρηση όπου απαιτείται ορθοστασία μεταξύ 5 και 8 ωρών Λόγω της συγκεκριμένης δουλειάς στέκομαι στο ίδιο σημείο με ελάχιστη κίνηση γενικότερα Μετά από 2 ώρες περίπου οι πατούσες μου πονάνε και νιώθω κάψιμο. Πώς θα μπορούσα τουλάχιστον να κατευνάσω τον πόνο αφού χρήση καρέκλας δεν επιτρέπεται; Ευχαριστώ.
