<p><strong>Εκτέλεση</strong></p>
<p>Κόβουμε τις ρόγες του σταφυλιού στη μέση, αν είναι μεγάλες. Βάζουμε σε ένα μπολ τη ρόκα, το λάδι, το χυμό και το ξύσμα λεμονιού και αλατοπίπερο. Ανακατεύουμε καλά και βάζουμε τη σαλάτα σε μια σαλατιέρα. Κόβουμε το τυρί σε φλούδες με το peeler ή από την πλευρά του τρίφτη με τις μακριές εσοχές. Γαρνίρουμε τη σαλάτα με τις ρόγες του σταφυλιού, τους ξηρούς καρπούς και τις φλούδες του τυριού. Συνοδεύουμε με ψωμί ολικής άλεσης ή άλλο της αρεσκείας μας.Στη σαλάτα ταιριάζει να προσθέσουμε μικρά κομμάτια από αβοκάντο. </p>
